Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Content Designer to support UTR programs by designing learning solutions to ensure quality of processes, drive standards adoption and offer a great learning experience. The candidate must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight, as needed.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop learning solutions in multiple approaches to UTR stakeholders.Use Learning Management System (LMS) to implement learning modules and measure learning KPIs.Work with Learning Design Systems (LDS) platforms to create effective learning experiences.Apply instructional design principles, learning theories, and technology tools.Support instructor-led training with training content.Design learning communication pieces (reports, invites and announcements).A day in the lifeThroughout the day, you will collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure seamless integration of your content into our learning management system.
