About Outbound B2B Cold Calling Opportunities

Sales Responsibilities
\
We are looking for a full-time B2B outbound cold caller who will focus on qualifying and live-transferring business owners to our Account Executives. As a cold caller, you will be responsible for making 500–900 outbound calls per day, maintaining 250+ minutes of talk time daily, and achieving at least 1 qualified live transfer per day. You will work in full coordination with a team of closers and use provided scripts and tools as guided. \
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your success as a cold caller will be measured by your ability to hit targets consistently and take ownership of performance. You will be expected to make calls for at least 8 hours of your 9-hour shift and follow up via SMS when needed. \
Compensation and Benefits
\
You will receive a $600/month base salary and have the opportunity to earn additional income through a daily commission structure. The structure is as follows: 1 qualified lead earns you $20, 2 qualified leads earn you $30, and 3 qualified leads earn you $40. You will also receive a $100 bonus per closed deal from your transferred leads. \

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a cold caller, you must have proven experience in B2B outbound cold calling, excellent phone presence and tonality, high level of spoken English, and a reliable internet connection, headset, and computer. You must also be a team player and willing to collaborate.
