The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in managing software outsourcing projects, excellent customer service skills, strong budget management expertise, and proficiency in Agile Methodology.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing project forecasts and ensuring the application of consistent policies
* Following and controlling project management using agile methodologies
* Verifying viability and preparing budgets, equipment, and resources
* Identifying and managing risks and ensuring compliance by the team
* Implementing necessary changes and monitoring and controlling project progress
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Software Engineering or Computer Science degree and advanced English language skills.
