Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst – Product Designer plays a pivotal role in the design team, collaborating with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams. This key position focuses on Service Sales CRM solutions while offering exposure to a suite of enterprise applications.
This role involves transforming stakeholder visions into functional features, documenting requirements, and working closely with development teams to bring solutions to life.
A typical day consists of:
* Assessing business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Facilitating requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
* Documenting detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
* Leading refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
* Supporting QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
* Presenting live product demonstrations and preparing release notes for end users.
* Assisting with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
* Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
