Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee our service operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining on-call and coverage plans, owning the incident management process, defining and monitoring key service metrics, and acting as incident lead/coordinator during major incidents.
* Develop and implement effective SOPs and runbooks for SRE engineers
* Train and coach first-line/SRE teams to handle initial triage and basic troubleshooting
