We are looking for a **Delivery Manager.

**Your main tasks will be**:
- Managing project requirements (timelines, etc.).
- Planning releases (multiple times a week, focusing on deploying the project to production).
- Monitoring project progress and deadlines, resolving blockers.
- Tracking project performance metrics and improving the development team's throughput (time to market).
- Enhancing the development team's capacity for handling more projects.
**We expect from you**:
- Proven results in the previous role (numbers, achievements, metrics, XYZ).
- Data-driven decision-making (product-related decisions).
- Experience in managing a distributed team.
- Growth mindset.
- Experience with Kanban.
- Experience or interest in the blockchain industry.
- Expertise in requirements management.
