We're seeking a skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our start-up team on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
* Conduct comprehensive user research to understand target audiences and their needs.
* Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
* Design visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.
* Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
* Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for reference and collaboration.
