About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help scale and evolve a clinician-facing internal platform that directly supports the daily work of thousands of healthcare professionals. This platform is mission-critical to care delivery operations, powering scheduling workflows, clinician experience, operational processes, data insights, and adherence to quality standards.In this role, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy and hands-on execution. You will own a defined product area, drive delivery against the roadmap, and lead discovery for initiatives that improve clinician workflows, care quality, and operational efficiency. While the platform is primarily used internally, its impact is highly visible and measurable, directly influencing patient outcomes, clinician satisfaction, and business performance.You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and clinical stakeholders to translate real-world operational needs into scalable, reliable product solutions.
