The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information technology, preferably with experience in the automotive aftermarket segment. Fluency in English and Spanish is also required, with a C2 level or native proficiency necessary for this position.
This role involves attending to various support requests, analyzing cases through troubleshooting, and providing solutions that maximize operational sales and post-sales processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with second-level teams, contribute to strategic business objectives, and participate in process improvements.
