About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to develop and maintain our cross-platform Flutter application, with a focus on tablet-first design and performance optimization.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable APIs, schemas, and services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
* Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement robust back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
* Develop and maintain our cross-platform Flutter app, with a focus on tablet-first design and performance optimization.
* Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflows.
* Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scalability.
* Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
About You
* You have 7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart.
* You have strong knowledge of state management, widgets, and performance optimizations in Flutter.
* You are proficient with Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development and PostgreSQL for database management.
* You have experience with Git workflows and Agile development methodologies.
* You are comfortable reading, writing, and speaking technical English (at least medium level).
Nice-to-Haves
* You have experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and background task handling.
* You have prior work in healthcare or other regulated industries.
