Job Description You will generate new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model through account planning, territory management, prospect research, business development strategies, and field-based sales activities within a designated set of prospects, territories, or verticals. What You Will Do Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales. Manage client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategies while leading virtual teams (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, Marketing, etc.). Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmaps. Identify the right support resources to involve in deals at appropriate times. Qualifications To succeed, you should have: Experience with integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, or analyzing AI-driven insights. 10 years of sales experience in software or solutions sales organizations. Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. Experience in generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships. Track record of achieving sales targets. Understanding of the broader IT landscape and strategic planning. Commitment to a customer success focus and team-oriented environment.
