About the Role:We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to support the expansion teamin prospecting activities, market mapping, and commercial datamanagement. This role is ideal for someone who is organized,communicative, and comfortable working with international contacts,particularly in the United States. The successful candidate willplay an important role in supporting the commercial pipeline byidentifying potential clients, maintaining accurate data in CRMsystems, and assisting with reporting and follow-ups. This positionoffers a great opportunity to develop skills in sales operations,business development, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:Support the mapping and enrichment of commercial databases. Conductmarket research and identify potential clients and partners.Perform active prospecting through email and phone following theexpansion team's guidelines. Update and maintain accurate recordsin the CRM system. Assist in preparing commercial reports andperformance analyses. Collaborate with the team on follow-upactions and meeting scheduling. Qualifications: Must-have:Intermediate to advanced English (written and spokencommunication). Strong verbal and written communication skills.High level of organization and attention to detail. Basic knowledgeof CRM tools and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets). Proactiveattitude and willingness to learn about commercial and expansionprocesses. Nice-to-have: Previous experience in B2B prospecting,SDR, or inside sales. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot,Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Basic understanding of theU.S. market or international business expansion. Interest indeveloping a career in commercial strategy or businessdevelopment.
