Artwork Controller
We are hiring a Artwork Controller to support and manage the end-to-end packaging and labeling artwork process within a global regulated environment. This role requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant, and timely artwork across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end artwork development process (brief to final release)
* Ensure all packaging and labeling artwork meets global regulatory and quality standards
* Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors/agencies
* Validate project briefs and resolve gaps or discrepancies with stakeholders
* Manage multiple concurrent projects with strict timelines
* Coordinate review and approval workflows in PLM/electronic systems
* Support RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement CAPA actions
* Maintain issue logs and support escalation management
* Participate in content lock and alignment meetings
* Ensure design-to-print feasibility (CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed, etc.)
* Track project progress, risks, and key milestones
* Support process improvement and digital tool optimization initiatives
* Provide training and guidance to junior team members when required
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Packaging Technology, or related field
* 10+ years of experience in artwork / labeling / packaging / regulatory / proofreading roles
* Strong experience in pharma / medical devices / consumer health industry
* Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Agile, Veeva, Loftware, GLAMS, Veraciti, etc.)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
* Strong understanding of pre-press and print processes (CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed)
* Experience with proofreading tools (GlobalVision, TVT, InformCC)
* Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder handling skills
