We are looking for an IT Manager to lead IT operations and drive technology transformation initiatives within a structured and dynamic corporate environment.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure stability, availability, and performance of IT operations (infrastructure, applications, networks, service desk, and cybersecurity);
Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering development, engagement, and high performance;
Manage technology projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budget, and results;
Act as a strategic partner to business areas, translating needs into IT solutions;
Manage vendors, SLAs, compliance, and information security practices;
Drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile required:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
10+ years of experience in IT operations and project management;
Solid experience leading technical teams in corporate or multinational environments;
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, ERP/CRM, ITIL, and cybersecurity;
Experience with transformation projects, M&A, and multi-platform environments;
Fluent in English.
