Business Development Manager Role
This is an entrepreneurial role that requires you to find and cultivate relationships directly leading to new clients on our platform with the ultimate goal of driving increased AUM toward company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for executing pipeline strategy, prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
* Ability to learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, ask questions, and plan and manage resources effectively.
* Able to deliver presentations and demos effectively and collaborate with coworkers across the world.
* Familiarity with necessary communication and CRM tools in use at our company.
* Fluent Portuguese and English skills required.

About You
You have a deep passion for FinTech, cryptocurrency, and experience within the payments space. You should be a personable and natural relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience requirements include full sales cycle and execution of pipeline strategy, as well as being able to plan and manage resources effectively. It would be nice to have crypto, DeFi knowledge, experience working in financial services and cross border payments, experience working in an early stage startup, and a network of contacts in region.
