Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with the Tech and Startup Community globally to represent our brand and establish a strong network
* Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
* Acquire new employers searching for tech talent to our platform
* Generate own leads through effective sales and negotiation strategies
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and possess excellent analytical skills. They will also have a proven track record of building rapport and establishing credibility with clients, identifying business opportunities, and expanding client bases.
We are looking for someone with a passion for sales, negotiation, and recruitment, who can work in a fast-paced environment and is resilient enough to handle cold and warm calling.
