ServiceNow Technical Expert
The ServiceNow Technical Expert plays a pivotal role in building and evolving the IT ERP for modern integrated IT landscapes.
This individual takes hands-on architectural decisions, guides external partners in development and application management, and directly contributes to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
Key responsibilities include making technical decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development, guiding external partners responsible for development and application management, and performing tasks within ServiceNow.

* Perform tasks within ServiceNow such as configuration, development, and administration
Must-Have: ServiceNow Administrator certification or equivalent Additional certifications in the context of ITIL functionality are beneficial. Proven experience in scripting and integration within ServiceNow, strong stakeholder management skills, and basic knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile Waterfall Hybrid.
Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as CSDM and TOGAF Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules Understanding of enterprise IT transformation and ERP-like platform design.
