Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in video editing, with a focus on direct response advertising.
* Proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging video ads that drive conversions.
* Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, as well as After Effects.
* Demonstrated understanding of Meta/YouTube Shorts specs and algorithm-friendly editing patterns.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
