Job Title: Scrum Master – Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Duration: 10–11 months, Location: LATAM or Europe – Remote Agile Delivery Specialist We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Specialist to lead delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality and predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives. 1. 8+ years in Agile delivery 2. 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams 3. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms 4. A proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage and manage dependencies. 5. A strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics and scaling frameworks such as SAFe Nexus or LeSS.
