Electrical BIM Lead
The Electrical BIM Lead is responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of Electrical BIM models across all project stages.
* Manage and guide the BIM team by providing technical support, quality checks, and mentorship to ensure accurate and efficient model development.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash-free deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance BIM efficiency, model accuracy, and team productivity.
2. Prepare and deliver high-quality BIM-related documentation, including model execution plans, progress reports, schedules, and technical presentations.
3. Support the integration of BIM with other digital tools such as Navisworks, Revit, and clash detection software for enhanced project delivery.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance BIM performance.
