About the Role
The Marketing Assistant supports Fabric’s day‑to‑day marketing operations, contributing to press initiatives, website updates, event coordination, email marketing, and trade marketing activities. This role works closely with senior marketing leadership to ensure Fabric’s visibility across media outlets, partners, events, and industry channels.
Education Requirements
Students or graduates in Marketing, Business/Commercialization, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Media & Entertainment Management, and/or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
Basic website updates and content maintenance.
Support for email marketing campaigns, social media (LinkedIn), and sales materials.
Support for Fabric’s presence and participation at events.
Press support: identifying journalists, distributing reports and insights, and follow‑up.
Basic metrics analysis (newsletters, website, and social media).
Translation of materials from English to Spanish.
General administrative support and cross‑functional coordination.

Requirements
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Mandatory).
Advanced English proficiency, to be assessed through oral and written technical tests (Mandatory).
Proficiency with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Basic SEO knowledge (Preferred).
Google Ads knowledge (Preferred).
