About the Role
The primary objective of this role is to maintain long-term, valuable relationships with existing and potential clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the continued development of business from onboarding throughout the lifetime of the account.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist accounts in navigating the platform, including introducing new and existing features, addressing issues, and providing unmatched value.
* Foster continued business with accounts through nurturing relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
* Communicate effectively with accounts via chat or video call to ensure their issues are addressed and provide follow-up support until a resolution is met.
* Work independently and collaborate with team members across various departments to achieve account satisfaction.
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs.
