We consider persons with disabilities for all our opportunities.What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?Analyze production KPIs to identify performance gaps and ensure data is available for productivity meetingsParticipate in productivity meetings and manage action plans for indicators that showed deviations the previous dayIdentify key causes of deviations for follow-up by supervisors, specialists, or managersSupport nonconformity resolution and analyze opportunities for continuous improvement using PDCA methodologyUpload daily Yield and Efficiency data to the CIEX Performance Portal and highlight major deviations for supervisor or assistant reviewConduct process walkthroughs to monitor intermediate indicators (verification items), prioritizing Continuous Improvement efforts with a cost-focused approachComply with the Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System, HSE policies, and legal and private customer requirementsWhat kind of profile are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in food engineering, veterinary science or a related area1 year of work experience in the food industryKnowledge of food safety & food technology standardsFamiliarity with technical metrics such as yield, productivity, and efficiencySolid understanding of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)Knowledge of SAP software, PowerBI and Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)Based in Elazığ or willing to relocateFlexibility with alternative production hours (if needed)What competencies are key to this role?Strong work ethic, proactivity and commitment to excellenceHigh level of professional integritySolid communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to make company operations more productive while maintaining quality standardsWhat can you expect from Banvit BRF?Being part of a global, collaborative and dynamic working environmentStrong corporate culture with commitments to customers, employees & environment we serveVertical, horizontal, and cross-functional growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation packageStay tuned on our Website to be aware about all the job opportunities we have!
