We are looking for a seasoned web development expert to lead our team in creating high-performing landing pages optimized for paid traffic from major advertising platforms.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing technical execution of high-stakes marketing campaigns with significant ad spend, ensuring pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns and implementing complex tracking scenarios.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and deploying high-converting landing pages, optimizing page performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates, conducting A/B testing, and implementing rapid iterations based on campaign performance data.
As the team lead, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, managing workload distribution across multiple projects, establishing and enforcing development standards and quality assurance protocols.
