* Manage schedules, priorities, and reminders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
* Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the founder or leadership team
* Assist with project management: tracking tasks, organizing workflows, and meeting deadlines
* Conduct research, prepare summaries, briefs, and documentation to support informed decision-making
* Maintain organized systems, files, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency
