Scrum Master for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
This is a unique opportunity to join our Agile delivery team as a Scrum Master, focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementation and ongoing support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong eCommerce domain expertise, effective coaching skills, and alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
* Key Responsibilities
* Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives.
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals.
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope.
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals).
* Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers.
* Required Skills & Qualifications
* 8+ years in Agile delivery.
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms.
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies.
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination).
* Proficiency with: Jira, Confluence, CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and Scrum certifications: CSM or PSM I / PSM II.
* Solid eCommerce domain knowledge: catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns, and Order Management Systems (OMS).
