Senior Project Manager
As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project scope and deliverables to exceed client expectations
* Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
* Perform thorough business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation
* Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
* 8+ years of IT project management experience in Agile Scrum environment
* Fluent in English with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related field
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience
* Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects successfully
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in Oil and Gas industry
* Previous experience in consulting role or possessing consultative mindset
* PMP certification and CSM
