* This position involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, expectations, and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluating client business requirements and guiding them on utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Converting client business requirements into technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally.
* Maintaining knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assisting in release management between Service Desk, Compliance and Project, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
* Executing simple project/development work plans and revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
