We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a senior role that requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition and proven experience in client-facing roles.
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact between clients and our organization, building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, and overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team.
You will analyze operational data to identify trends and proactively solve issues, influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals, and present insights to internal and client-side leadership.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition
 * Previous experience in staffing or talent consulting firms
 * Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 * Native Portuguese language proficiency
 * Fluency in English
