Job Summary
* The Service Delivery Lead will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution, ensuring seamless management and reporting to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution.
* Provide expertise on Open Banking workflows and mentor the support team.
* Participate in application support and resolve customer issues.
* Collaborate with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth platform operation.
Mandatory Skills
* 7+ years of experience supporting production environments for financial services institutions.
* 2+ years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
* Familiarity with FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows.
* Previous leadership experience in managing a support team.
* Experience running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
* Proficiency in ITIL processes, particularly change, release, and incident management.
* Ability to effectively communicate with senior client management.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Open Banking experience.
* French language proficiency at B2 or above.
