Senior Project Manager
The primary role of a Senior Project Manager is to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project objectives.
* Leadership & Team Management:
o Lead cross-functional teams, comprising Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks within scope.
o Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering collaboration and innovation in the work environment.
o Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, experience in Agile methodologies, and application/software development. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and executing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and make informed decisions. A strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communications, risk, and procurement, is essential.
