Senior Product Delivery Manager
This is a senior leadership role that combines elements of project management and product coordination. As a key member of our international team, you will drive the execution of our product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, structured, and timely delivery.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day product development, facilitating planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews. You will also translate product ideas into structured, development-ready tasks, draft and refine feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Your responsibilities will include tracking progress across sprints and proactively identifying and resolving delivery issues. You will maintain task boards and ensure relevant documentation is kept current and clear. Additionally, you will communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify priorities and requirements, and support the team in staying aligned with product goals and delivering meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 5+ years of experience in project management within a software team, as well as 3+ years of experience in product management within a software team. You should have worked closely with developers and understand the rhythms of SaaS product delivery. You must be comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, possessing strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in roles such as product or project management within a small or medium-sized software company, business analysis, product operations, or implementation roles in SaaS environments, will be considered. You should be able to demonstrate web-based software products you've helped build, being used by paying external customers.
