Human Resources Leader Role
About the Position:
As a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in driving human resources excellence and supporting the growth of our international operations. Our organization specializes in providing exceptional offshore tech staffing solutions to U.S.-based enterprises and startups.
Job Responsibilities:
1. HR Support: Provide essential human resources support to international team members and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across borders.
2. People Initiatives: Execute strategic people initiatives, deliver internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.
3. Talent Management: Assist with various HR tasks such as driving talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
* 3 years of human resources functions experience, preferably in tech companies.
* Client-facing experience, advanced level of English, great interpersonal and influencing skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, Notion, and other applications, time management skills, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
