Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge medical software platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our cross-platform Flutter app, with a focus on delivering high-quality features quickly and efficiently.
* Design and develop scalable back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
* Collaborate with data scientists to design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for performance and scalability.
* Work closely with our LATAM engineering team to deliver features and iterate based on user feedback.
You will have the opportunity to work with modern AI-driven development practices, including agentic coding tools and workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart.
* Strong knowledge of the Flutter framework, including state management, widgets, and performance optimization.
* Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development.
* Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
* Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking technical English (at least medium level).
