Responsibilities
* Strategic Human Resources leadership, driving People and Culture initiatives aligned with business priorities.
* Strong background in Talent Management, including performance management, development and succession planning, leadership coaching, and execution of talent review processes for critical and strategic roles.
* Proven experience in Employee Engagement and Organizational Development, leading engagement surveys, action planning, inclusion and diversity initiatives, well‑being programs, and continuous culture improvement.
* Solid expertise in Labor Relations, Compliance, and HR Operations, covering labor legislation, collective bargaining negotiations, payroll, compensation management, conflict resolution, and budget oversight.
* Leadership in organizational change and transformation, managing HR projects, improving shared services models, and supporting growth, integration, and business transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Specialization
* 8+ years' experience in Human Resources
* Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
* Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
* Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
* Attention to detail and good judgement
* Fluent in English and Spanish
