Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Project Manager.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects aligned with company objectives. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, ownership of project timelines, and a focus on operational efficiency and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, expediting processes to meet deadlines, conducting quality inspections, and supporting logistics to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management from planning through execution and delivery
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and quality assurance
- Expedite processes to resolve bottlenecks and maintain project momentum
- Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
- Support logistics and supply chain operations to optimize efficiency and delivery timelines
- Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, including timeline management and team coordination
- Experience with expediting processes and managing operational workflows
- Strong understanding of inspection processes and quality control standards
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
