Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and driving results through effective media outreach.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client PR campaigns, developing strategic plans, conducting targeted outreach, and maintaining regular communication with both clients and media contacts. You will ensure client visibility across various platforms, while also contributing to broader brand awareness and engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing strategic PR plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
* Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Buidling, growing, and creating new client relationships through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts
* Conducting media research and building and updating targeted media lists to maximize exposure and opportunities
* Securing, filtering, and responding to media opportunities in a timely and efficient manner
* Scheduling and coordinating media interviews, ensuring all logistics are handled professionally and efficiently
* Following up with media contacts to confirm placements and coverage timelines
* Monitoring coverage through Google Alerts and tracking mentions or product features
* Facilitating writing projects with the team in alignment with client goals and deliverables
* Monitoring news trends and identifying timely angles for client exposure
* Providing daily (Monday–Friday) client updates and maintaining consistent communication
* Preparing and sending biweekly and monthly reports and lookbooks
* Maintaining updated media trackers to record media coverage and interview status
Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed the expected number of interviews or media features, provide timely and proactive communication on campaign progress, and secure media placements that align with client goals and increase brand visibility and credibility.
