Shift is excited to build a new engineering team in São Paulo as an extension of our France engineering org to work alongside our existing teams. You will collaborate across countries on a global‑wide application, contribute to its improvement, and make an impact on all our customers. What You’ll Do
As a Full‑stack Engineer, you will design and build complete components for our applications. Your responsibilities include creating UI screens to collect and review information, developing APIs that automate decision‑making, and contributing to the underlying framework. Performance, scalability and quality are key challenges you’ll address while delivering and reviewing code. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, QA, UX and product managers to give and receive feedback and continuously improve our agile development process.

Foundational toolchain: GitHub Enterprise, GHAS, GH Copilot + coding agent

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience with C#
Frontend experience – any JavaScript framework (ideally React)
You are a true full‑stack developer: frontend is part of your job as much as backend
Your projects are beautifully designed and cleanly written
You are dynamic, curious and eager to learn, always looking to expand your expertise
Proactive and take ownership of your work
You want your work to have an impact: rather than a cog, you see yourself as the engine
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
Comfortable working with legacy code and quickly adapting to new challenges
Fast learner who proactively jumps in to provide support when needed
Committed to being an integral part of the team and contributing to a positive company culture
Fluency in English
