Your Responsibilities:
* Establish a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* Evaluate client business requirements, estimate effort, and guide clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Convert client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with document maintenance to clients' system environments.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project, as well as client activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
