This position oversees the AMI @ Cooper office locations in Cape May County, NJ.AMI offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, paid time off (PTO), holidays, 401k, and Profit Sharing. This is a full-time, salaried position.The Radiology Site Manager / Office Administrator is responsible for:Managing the operations of diagnostic imaging sites, including planning and administration of managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components, ensuring quality assurance for patient care and staff performance;Collaborating with joint venture partners from Cooper University Hospital and Cape Regional, facilitating workflow and integration efforts;Improving business operations and cost efficiencies without compromising customer service, making recommendations and implementing decisions;Promoting a respectful, safe, and collaborative work environment to encourage high morale;Working effectively with fellow Office Administrators and management teams, managing other locations as needed, and coordinating coverage during absences;Scheduling and assigning staff based on their skills and training, ensuring proper orientation and ongoing education;Monitoring daily schedules for optimization and patient flow improvements;Adjusting staffing levels based on patient census;Overseeing patient registration and scheduling processes;Supervising front desk staff to ensure high customer service standards and proper patient registration;Maintaining proficiency with IT systems like EPIC, RIS, PACS, and others;Enhancing patient experience and addressing complaints effectively;Ensuring safety, health, and well-being of patients, visitors, and staff, including emergency preparedness and regulatory compliance;Collaborating on policy development, enforcement, and continuous process improvement;Providing staff orientation, coaching, performance evaluations, and supporting staff growth;Maintaining a safe facility, managing equipment and supply inventories, and coordinating maintenance and repairs;Ensuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory bodies such as NJDOH, MQSA, ACR, and Evicore;Participating in training and continuing education programs;Performing other duties as assigned.This role provides oversight for the AMI @ Cooper Rio Grande, Jane Osbourne Center, Cape May Court House, and Marmora offices.
