A Regional Partner Manager is sought to take ownership of the partner ecosystem in the LATAM region and Brazil, accelerating our 100% indirect go-to-market approach. This role plays a critical part in expanding our presence across the region, acquiring, onboarding, enabling, and developing partners to ensure contracts, commercials, and systems are aligned to support regional business.
Responsibilities include:
* Closely collaborate with sales teams to recruit customers across the region.
* Strategize, plan, and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with team and partners.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing regional partners.
* Enable and activate partners by helping them grow their customer base with our market-leading SaaS backup service and teaching them how to hunt for new business opportunities.
* Ensure customer & partner satisfaction by addressing issues and working closely with sales, customer success, product, and development teams.
* Maintain accurate records of all partner sales and prospecting activities in CRM and PRM systems to contribute to overview, accurate sales pipeline, and forecasting.

Familiarity with the regional partner ecosystem, stakeholder management, and language skills including fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, as well as strong written and spoken English, are essential.
This role involves full-time occupation, fully remote work, and travel activities expected for the role. The compensation package is market-competitive and will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
