Product Management Role
Metrobi is a fulfillment platform designed to support local businesses.
* Backlog & Kanban Management:
o Own the Kanban board: organize tasks, ensure priorities are clear, and understand what is stopping us from maintaining our task flow to hit our deployment goals.
o Communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to the PM and relevant team members.
Main Responsibilities:
Task Definition & Refinement:
* Review and write descriptions for tasks about new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
* Ensure problems are well explained and solutions are testable and aligned with product goals.
* Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate strategy into actionable tasks.
Validate Outcomes, Not Just Output:
* After new features or fixes go live, verify whether they truly solved the original problem and improved the targeted user or business metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis to define and evaluate product requirements effectively.
Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Software Development processes and tools to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and manage multiple priorities.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Skills like SQL, Git, reading Python code, and doing data analysis are very beneficial but not required.
