The Account Manager role involves selling products and services to new and existing customers, while developing pipeline strategies for revenue growth.
Sales and Territory Development
* Sell Prometheus Group solutions to target companies.
* Achieve or exceed quota targets through effective sales strategies.
* Develop opportunity/account plans to ensure revenue delivery and sustainable growth.
* Maintain key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts.
* Demonstrate high-level product capabilities to new and existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Nurture opportunities by cold calling targeted companies and following up with leads.
* Collaborate with Account Executives to target high-value prospects in assigned territory.
* Articulate business value to prospects.
* Gather prospect needs and understand initiatives related to the solution.
* Document all account activity using Salesforce.com.
* Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices.
Requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* 2-4 years' experience in software sales.
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communication skills.
* High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and engage clients effectively.
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
