We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support our internal operations, strengthen process organization and contribute to the development of tools that drive our operation.
Main Responsibilities
* Support operational routines related to execution, verification and consolidation of financial applications;
* Update internal controls and monitor transactions;
* Identify improvements and contributions to make processes and internal controls more efficient and reliable;
* Assist in the development of tools in Excel and low-code platforms (e.g.: Bubble.io and Zapier);
* Clear communication with the team when there are pendences, inconsistencies or need for alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in progress or completed;
* Rigorous organization and strong attention to detail;
* Previous experience in backoffice, operations or support in financial institutions, asset managers, investment firms, fintechs or related areas;
* Advanced level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
* Ease to learn and operate new systems and tools;
* Personal computer with stable access to the internet;
* Genuine interest in developing a career in the financial market.
