Job Description
As a Creative Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in helping leading brands and agencies scale their creative production using our in-platform design tool.
You will be responsible for designing high-performance templates, managing onboarding processes, leading training, and acting as a strategic partner to our clients. This role combines creative design with project and relationship management, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, ownership, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Template Creation & Design Strategy
* Design dynamic templates that automate and scale creative production across platforms.
* Translate creative briefs into flexible templates built for performance and brand consistency.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and technical needs.
2. Client Onboarding, Training & Success
* Lead hands-on platform training (1:1 and group), empowering clients to create and manage their own campaigns.
* Be a trusted point of contact for questions, support, and adoption guidance throughout the client relationship.
3. Project & Relationship Management
* Coordinate onboarding and training timelines, manage expectations, and communicate progress clearly with both clients and internal teams.
* Gather feedback from clients and translate their needs into actionable insights for our product team.
* Ensure clients are not only satisfied but excited about the value we bring to their creative process.
Innovation & Americas Expansion
* Be part of our LATAM growth story by shaping how creative automation is adopted in the region.
* Help refine our approach to onboarding and support for large markets like Brazil.
* Collaborate across teams to continuously improve our workflows and tools.
Requirements
* Fluent in English (Portuguese and Spanish are a plus)
* Experience with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or After Effects.
* Strong communicator and natural presenter (you'll be leading client calls regularly).
* Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about automation and smart workflows.
* Great at managing multiple projects and timelines without losing the details.
* 2+ years of experience in design, client success, or creative operations (agency or marketing team background a plus).
* A fast learner who's excited to grow with us across the Americas.
