* Craft clean and well-tested code to ensure high-quality application delivery.
* Perform UI and DB design with thorough analysis.
* Resolve production bugs through UAT and deployment.
* Collaborate with colleagues on release calls to resolve issues found.
* Provide 24/7 support and resolve production issues promptly.
* Monitor project health daily and weekly to identify potential problems.
* Support associate developers by sharing knowledge and expertise.
* Maintain expertise in mortgage/finance domain as well as experience with AI-driven development.
