Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, networks, and other technical infrastructure.
* Familiarity with endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools is essential for this role.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are highly valued.
The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, be able to solve problems independently, and communicate solutions clearly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
2. Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
3. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
Requirements
* A working level of spoken and written English is required.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
