Job Description
The Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in facilitating the team's workflow and ensuring seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitation & Coordination:
* Orchestrates major events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt to drive team efficiency.
* Manages the calendar and ensures program-level cadence for timely progress.
* Facilitates problem-solving and cross-team collaboration through active facilitation techniques.
* Coaching & Mentoring:
* Provides coaching to teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles to foster growth.
* Encourages a culture of continuous learning and improvement by promoting knowledge sharing.
* Risk & Impediment Management:
* Identifies, tracks, and resolves impediments and risks promptly to ensure minimal disruption.
* Escalates critical issues to leadership when necessary for swift resolution.
* Flow & Value Optimization:
* Optimizes the flow of value across the organization by streamlining processes and managing dependencies effectively.
* Ensures architectural runway is maintained for successful project execution.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and JIRA is required for efficient tool management.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Communicates effectively with stakeholders and leadership to maintain alignment and transparency.
* Translates business strategy into actionable technical objectives.
