Business Development Position Overview
The Business Development Specialist will provide strategic support to senior leaders while driving revenue growth, strengthening relationships with key partners, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop Strategic Partnerships & Account Management (80%): Identify, research, and connect with potential partners aligned with our offerings. Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective partners. Collaborate across internal teams to support partnership and business development initiatives. Draft proposals, client communications, and supporting documents. Track performance metrics; prepare reports as needed. Support project coordination related to partner programs and onboarding.
* Support for the Chief Growth Officer (20%): Maintain and update CRM tasks, follow-ups, and next steps. Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating sales activities. Help prepare meeting materials, agendas, and event-related documentation. Provide general administrative and organizational support to ensure operational efficiency.
