About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to U.S.-based business prospects.
Follow structured scripts to introduce services and qualify interest.
Identify decision-makers and schedule appointments or live transfers.
Accurately record call notes, outcomes, and lead details in the CRM.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets for calls and appointments.
